Since Bill is responsible for almost all of my fishing "firsts", I was happy to help him out on his first buck. He took a doe last year and I taught him the fine art of tossing a couple of my bucks in the back of the truck last year :wink:. On Oct 20th I watched a big buck run 2 smaller bucks (3 point and 6 point) out of the bean field behind my house... passed on the big guy cause his left beam was missing. I put Bill in the same stand on the 22nd knowing that the chances were good that something w/ horns would show up... and one did 🙂 A big wide 7 that I had no idea was on the land!
