Maybe someone up here can help me understand this. If the flounder numbers are hurting this bad in NC, why is it that the trawlers can still drop nets in the ICW and troll along the beaches? I am not knocking commercial fishermen, I have all the respect in the world for them. But if our flounder population is in this bad of shape, why is this still permitted?
